How do you feel about it? Work/life balance... šŸ’» šŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļøšŸ” do you think a healthy balance exists? Or is it healthier to accept that itā€™ll never totally be equal? It seems to be a popular debate/conversation lately. What are YOUR thoughts šŸ’­ ?


Whichever opinion you possess, I think itā€™s always healthy to practice being present šŸ§˜ā€ā™‚ļø . Itā€™s so easy to get distracted, but placing your focus on the here and NOW will help you become better able to put your ā€œallā€ into whatever your work life, home life and beyond šŸ™Œ !


A helpful ā€œtoolā€ to help you focus on the task at hand is time blocking and batch working. Instead of sitting down to your computer šŸ‘©ā€šŸ’» with 100 things to do and no idea what to do first, sit down with a PLAN.


šŸ‘‰ Create a list of what needs to be done šŸ“

šŸ‘‰ Decide how much time you will spend on each task ā°

šŸ‘‰ Eliminate distractions šŸš« ((stop the scrolling, turn off notifications, TV, etc.))


Above all, remember that you donā€™t have to do it all alone!! Accept help when itā€™s offered and give yourself GRACE everyday šŸ™šŸ’— . Delegate tasks when you can! Seek guidance from those who have been there! Stop šŸ›‘ saying no to offers of help šŸ˜‰ . Open yourself up to find more peace and grow in your relationships!
