Whichever opinion you possess, I think itās always healthy to practice being present š§āāļø . Itās so easy to get distracted, but placing your focus on the here and NOW will help you become better able to put your āallā into whatever your work life, home life and beyond š !
A helpful ātoolā to help you focus on the task at hand is time blocking and batch working. Instead of sitting down to your computer š©āš» with 100 things to do and no idea what to do first, sit down with a PLAN.
š Create a list of what needs to be done š
š Decide how much time you will spend on each task ā°
š Eliminate distractions š« ((stop the scrolling, turn off notifications, TV, etc.))
Above all, remember that you donāt have to do it all alone!! Accept help when itās offered and give yourself GRACE everyday šš . Delegate tasks when you can! Seek guidance from those who have been there! Stop š saying no to offers of help š . Open yourself up to find more peace and grow in your relationships!
