Now you have some things to be grateful for, but what does putting that into a gratitude practice look like? 🤔 Here's some ideas!

✍️ Every morning write out in a journal 3 things you're grateful for in your business. (Use the list above as a jumping off point.) Don't just write the words though. FEEL the gratitude in your body. 🥰 Feel the joy and the thankfulness. Feel how blessed you are by those items you wrote down. 🍀 Feel how lucky you are to have those things to be grateful for. Sit with the happy feelings for a few minute before moving on with your work day.

🔎 When something upsetting happens, find something in the situation to be grateful for.

Examples:

  • I'm grateful this happened because now I get to create a process to ensure this is the last time it happens.

  • I'm grateful this happened because it means I'm running.a REAL business and real business owners run into this type of thing.

  • I'm grateful this happened because I was taking my work too seriously and this gave me a chance to laugh at myself.

🫙 When something good happens, write it down on a slip of paper. Place the slips of paper in a jar on your desk and whenever you're riding the struggle bus, pull a few out to remind you that you are an incredible business owner, your work changes lives, and you're strong enough to handle any challenges. 💪

🧎‍♀️ Say "thank you" more. If you're a Christian, you can say, "thank you, God for x, y, and z" as you go through your day. All good things come from Him and He is worthy of our gratitude and praise all the time!

Practicing gratitude can create success in you business in so many ways! You'll be a happier person and people like to work with happy people. 😀 You'll be more creative both in coming up with new revenue ideas as well as problem solving. And you'll be less prone to burnout 😩 which mean you'll be in business much longer.
