š¤³Walk and talk - go for a walk to record yourself about something youāve come across or thought about lately. Moving while you talk will help with nerves.
š¤³Create a poll. Whatās the best brand of workout gear? Whatās everyoneās favorite shake flavor? Which food delivery service is the best? What kind of workouts do they like?
š¤³Record your workout or part of it. Share a fun workout challenge or your favorite moves to build those glutes!
š¤³Share your meal planning and prepping along with your favorite tips & tricks to save time in the kitchen. Or maybe that new healthy recipe you found!
