Spring Business Check-Up!


Are you ready to make your business bloom this month?! Are you excited to spring forward to a new level? Are you hoping to reap from the seeds you've planted early this year? šŸŖ“šŸ’ Here's our first question for you... Is your business truly a business or just a fun hobby? šŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļø What is coaching to you? A business or a hobby? Thereā€™s no right answer! Whatever is right for you is great šŸ‘!


However, if your goal & desire is to coach full-time and make it your career, you have to be sure youā€™re treating it as the business it isšŸ‘©ā€šŸ’»šŸ¤ØšŸ’µ.


One way to be sure your business is growing and that youā€™re taking the strides you need to progress in the way you want, is to consistently evaluate how youā€™re doing šŸ§šŸ“ˆ. It's just like any other well-functioning machine, your business needs a checkup every once in awhile to make sure things are running smoothly and you're headed where you want to go!



1ļøāƒ£ A big reason to why you should sit down and review your business is that you are more able to spot problems and fix any issues before they get out of hand. šŸ™…ā€ā™€ļø Taking the time to evaluate might help you to identify something that's not working and/or that is tanking your success. Often times it can be a small mistake but it's being made consistently which adds up over time! šŸ˜± It's unfortunate that a lot of businesses that go under don't realize they have a problem until it's too late! šŸ„ŗ


2ļøāƒ£ This is also a good time to take an audit of what you're offering and the prices. šŸ¤‘ What's selling best? What's not? It may be time to revise or remove some things from your coaching services. Or think about ways to add-on upsells to what is hot. šŸ”„ If you've also been getting a lot of requests for what clients need and it's something you don't have, it might be a good time to figure out a strategy to make it happen. šŸ’„


3ļøāƒ£ You'll also want to take a look at your marketing strategy and materials. šŸ“‹ Does anything need updated? Has anything changed? Is there something new you need to add that you want to promote? Maybe you've received a lot more client testimonials that you're able to include in your freebie or on your website to help build trust. šŸ’» Brainstorm ways you can take what you have and make it even better! šŸ˜



šŸ’” Here are some things to think about quarterly:


šŸ” Analyze Yearly Goals: Take a look back at any goals you set at the beginning of the year. How have you progressed toward achieving them?


šŸ‘‰ If you havenā€™t gotten closer to reaching your yearly goal(s), thereā€™s still plenty of time! What can you change NOW to set you on the right path?


šŸ‘‰ If you have made progress, what specific actions have helped you make strides? What should you continue to do and how can you improve?


āš–ļø Compare to Previous Quarter: How has your business grown/changed from the previous quarter to this one? What changes did you make in your behaviors/actions from one to the next? What can you do to improve OR maintain the growth youā€™re seeing?


šŸ“Set Specific & Realistic Goals: Looking forward to the new quarter, set clear, achievable goals that will help you improve and lead you closer to your yearly goals. Do you want to get your emails automated? Do you want to create a new program? Do you want to help 5 new clients jumpstart their journey?

šŸ“Œ Contact with potential clients.

šŸ“Œ Personal touch and 1-on-1 with current clients.

šŸ“Œ How are you making your clients feel. šŸ“Œ What is your group atmosphere like.

šŸ“Œ What new value can you add to your clients.

šŸ“Œ Where can you outsource and delegate.

šŸ“Œ Goals should be measurable.

šŸ“Œ Prioritize what will make the biggest difference to your bottom line.
