Who cares for the caretaker?


As coaches, we are the nurturers... the leader. the teacher. the cheerleader.


On the DAILY you’re making sure everyone around you cares for their bodies through good nutrition and daily exercise. You’re recommending products to fuel them 🥤🍎 and workout programs to help them feel strong 💪. You’re checking in to make sure they’re making strides toward their goals 📈. You’re educating them on health information you have gained over time 📚!


You are a superhero 🦸‍♀️ to many!


BUT... and this is a huge BUT... are you making sure to put your oxygen mask on first?? Are you diligent about keeping your cup full so that you can pour into others in a HEALTHY way?


If you’re feeling a little drained, here’s some things you should try TODAY:


▫️Take a social media / digital break

▫️Spend some time talking to someone who lifts you up

▫️Pray. Ask God to take on any burdens on your heart and ask for His guidance ✝️

▫️Find a form of exercise that you ENJOY

▫️Practice gratitude (write down 5 things you are grateful for)

▫️Consume some personal development
