This May (2022), we have weekly themes focusing on why movement is good for mental health, why food matters for our forward motion, how to avoid injury, building up the body, and more! 🙌 Over the weekend we'll dive into some fitness-focused topics AND every Sunday there will be a new steps challenge for the upcoming week! 👟 A little friendly competition is good for the mind AND body so sign up to get your members moving in May! 💃



This month's content lays the foundation of WHY fitness is so good for every part of your body, how it improves your mental health, what to eat before and after you move so you feel good, and how to move in a way that’s shows your body compassion! Our Essentials Plan :: is perfect if you're a new coach just getting started and your goal is to have done-for-you tools to provide your group with more accountability and support while you nurture and build those client relationships! For only $18 a month ($.60 cents a day!), you'll receive everything you need to show up consistently in your group making your clients feel seen and cared for. We create the content. Our Enhanced Plan :: is for the more advanced coach who is seeking to grow their audience, increase their email list with freemiums, up engagement, add more value for your clients and host separate 5-7 day client conversion challenges. For only $25 a month (less than $.85 cents a day!), you'll receive everything you need to create more freedom and success in your growing business! 💰

🏋🏾‍♀️ Building Up the Body week is a fun foundational week where we go deep into the physical benefits of moving our bodies on a regular basis!


🧠 Movement’s Good for Mental Health week focuses on the mental benefits of regular movement! It does a lot more for us than just improve our mood and we’ll talk about it all!


💗 Exercising Self-Compassion week will help us to remember to take care of ourselves when we’re moving! No pain, no gain is NOT the motto here!


🥦 Food Matters for Movement week will answer the “what do I eat before/after a workout?” question and give you a whole lot more info about how to fuel your body to feel strong and healthy!


And we wrap things up with our Time to Move Forward week where we reflect on all the incredible things we’ve accomplished!


🧘‍♀️ Our Fitness Focus Saturdays will teach us about some fitness and mobility concepts and

Step into a New Week Sunday will share the week’s steps challenge as well as give you something to focus on for the following week!



In the Essentials Plan, there will be promotional materials (like images, stories and newsletter) to start marketing and sending out invites. Cover images to set up your group. You'll get check-in images for things like nutrition, workout, movement, water reminder, going live, weekly check-in and one for each day of the week. There are recognitions to spotlight clients who are new to your group, who are having a birthday, who finish your program and for challenger of the week. Recipe of the week, daily mini-challenges to earn points and more! 😍


In the Enhanced Plan, there will be trackers and a wellness workbook to help your clients stay on top of their goals. These include things like meal planners, daily activities, personal development, shakes/supplements, steps, water, workout, habits and many others. You'll also get some plant-based healthy recipe ideas to spice up their meal plans, extra challenges to use as you like, lead magnet ideas, value freebies and so much more! 🤩


The fun bonus challenges this month include a movement mindset challenge, a mobility and miles challenge, a made for a mission bible challenge and a 30 day make muscles fitness challenge! We just know you're going to MOVE your business and your body in big ways this month! 👏
