Our Essentials Plan :: is perfect if you're a new coach just getting started and your goal is to have done-for-you tools to provide your group with more accountability and support while you nurture and build those client relationships! For the first week, we'll discuss about Challenging Our Comfort Zone šŸ’ŖšŸ» This is when you ask yourself: "What's one thing that I could do today that will push me out of my comfort zone?" We may be surprised at how much we're capable of when we do this! šŸ¤©


The topic for our 2nd week together is All Out On All Our Goals šŸ’Æ The best way to go all out on all our goals is to set them up in a way that will make the most sense for you. We can help you do that by creating nutrition, exercise, and mindset plans, that meets your needs and helps you reach your goals. šŸ˜


Dialing it All in On Nutrition week is focused on tightening things up on what food you take in your body, and even grocery shopping tips! šŸ„³


Next to that is a week dedicated to Going From Rut to Results, that is explaining what a plateau is and how or why it happens. We will know how to get back on track by going back to the basics! šŸ¤—


Our last week will be about Wrapping Up All Our Wins šŸ‘šŸ» which emphasizes the importance of celebrating your achievements -- even the small ones! You'll even learn how to celebrate yourself, and other people. ā¤ļø


We will have Stomping Out Fears Saturday and ALL Set & Ready Sunday which encourages us to become overcomer from fears and even our past mistakes. We'll get to have the right mindset as we go all out being the best versions of ourselves.


The conversion challenge includes a 5 Day Budgeting for Better Health, that focuses on having a budget for healthy foods, how to save money when shopping and how to prioritize what you need and what you don't! šŸ¤©



In the Essentials Plan, there will be promotional materials (like images, stories and newsletter) to start marketing and sending out invites. Cover images to set up your group. You'll get check-in images for things like nutrition, workout, movement, water reminder, going live, weekly check-in and one for each day of the week. There are recognitions to spotlight clients who are new to your group, who are having a birthday, who finish your program and for challenger of the week. Recipe of the week, daily mini-challenges to earn points and more! šŸ˜


In the Enhanced Plan, there will be trackers and a wellness workbook to help your clients stay on top of their goals. These include things like meal planners, daily activities, personal development, shakes/supplements, steps, water, workout, habits and many others. You'll also get some plant-based healthy recipe ideas to spice up their meal plans, extra challenges to use as you like, lead magnet ideas, value freebies and so much more! šŸ¤©
