šŸ“£ FYI, You are doing great!!!

ā€¦Isnā€™t that something that just feels good to hear? Whether itā€™s about your work, your parenting, your fitness, your healthy eating or something else, itā€™s just SO dang nice to feel recognized at times šŸ„°!


One of the best ways to really make a connection with your customers is to make them FEEL something in a positive way šŸ¤—. You can do this by reaching out and personally asking them how theyā€™re doing, or providing them with some helpful information, and probably a million other ways as well - connections šŸ§© !


One really great way to give them the warm fuzzies is to shout them out for something theyā€™ve accomplished, some way theyā€™ve grown or just recognize them for working hard and making progress šŸŒŸ !


And the same goes for your team or coaches you work with! Cheering on and recognizing them for their accomplishments is sure to help you build better relationships and instill more confidence and drive in them as well. šŸ¤



šŸ¤” How often do you recognize your challengers? How about your coaches?? You donā€™t want to over-do it, as it may lose its glimmer and meaning. Being consistent and genuinely looking for moments to shout-out your peeps is key šŸ”‘ .


In a normal 9-5 job, how much recognition is there usually? šŸ¤” Not a lot we'd say. Some companies may do a good job at recognizing their employees but most don't. šŸ„“ Recognition can be such a powerful tool to help grow your business and to cultivate an environment of clients who go after their goals and support each other. šŸ‘ If you're a new coach, there might not be a lot to recognize but everyone starts somewhere and builds up. Simply do as much as you can! šŸ‘Œ


The first thing to do is to evaluate your group. šŸ‘€ Is it pretty quiet? Are tumbleweeds blowing through? Do you feel as if you're always talking to yourself? šŸ‘‚ If this is the case, now is the time to kick up the recognition notch! šŸ‘Š

You've got to be building the type of culture that you would want a new coach or new challenger to come into. šŸ‘‹


When they come into your group do you want them to see that it is šŸŒŸ THRIVING šŸŒŸ by recognizing and cheering each other on? šŸ—£ Do you want them to see how you've been shouting out others for all their hard work and they think:


"Wow! All these women are working hard going after their goals and I want to do the same. I want my name to be shouted out too!" šŸ˜ šŸ„°


You want them to come into a page that's a PARTY! šŸ„³ A party that everyone wants to be at with high-fives, confetti, glitter and celebration. šŸ’ƒāœØ #goodvibetribe

Recognition helps someone feel special, valued, noticed and seen. It is one of the best things we can do for others. šŸ„² We let them know we see them and see that they are working hard on their goals. We see that they are doing the things that will move them forward on their journey. Why wouldn't you notice them? Let them know it is a big deal. Give them a shoutout from now until forever! šŸ¤©

When someone new comes into your business make sure you welcome them!! šŸ‘‹ The word "welcome" means to greet someone in a glad or friendly way. šŸ˜š When we welcome others, this will make them feel seen and supported. This journey can be scary and overwhelming for many. So it's comforting to be welcomed with a nice shoutout and kind words. šŸ’ž You can say a little bit about them, their goals and why they've decided to join your group. They will immediately feel relieved and know that they just joined a truly wonderful community. šŸ‘­šŸ¼


If you simply add these people into your group without saying anything at all... šŸ¤ they could very well feel lost and confused about the entire thing. šŸ˜¬ Create that environment that is empowering people as soon as they join. Help them to feel comfortable and ready to start this new journey with you and the others who got their back! šŸ’ā€ā™€ļø


šŸ“£ Here are some things to recognize your coaches for:

  1. Welcome new coaches

  2. When they sign a new challenger

  3. When they sign a new coach

  4. When they rank advance

  5. When they hit big goals & points

  6. Coach of the week or month

  7. When they have encouraged other coaches

  8. Anytime they help someone

  9. When they put out a vulnerable post

  10. When they went out fo their comfort zone


šŸ“£ Here are some things to recognize your clients for:

  1. New challenger welcome

  2. Challenger of the week or month

  3. Finishing a complete program

  4. Finishing a challenge group

  5. Reaching a specific health goal

  6. Reaching a specific fitness goal

  7. Sticking to their nutrition plan

  8. Overcoming a tough temptation

  9. Their journey anniversary or birthday

  10. When they have went out of their comfort zone

  11. Then they have encouraged other challengers



Recognition is a vital behavior for good reason, so celebrate anything and everything! šŸŽ‰ You are changing lives! We are in the business of building other people up to help them become the best version of themselves. šŸ’• Keep creating that environment where you reward the behaviors that you want your people to repeat. šŸ”„ It encourages them to keep working hard after their goals, they will also start encouraging others and in the end it is a huge ripple effect. šŸŒŠšŸ”„


You can create cute graphics in Canva to recognize them with or just use a Facebook post with the colored background and special emojis! šŸ–„ Do what works best for you right now and just do it. āœļø You can pick to do single graphics for certain achievements or board graphics with multiple names or even change out your group cover image every month with recognition. šŸ“±
