Do you dread Mondays and feel like the weekends just zoom past faster and faster every time? Do you wish you could hop in a time machine back to Friday afternoon and do Saturday & Sunday all over again? 😅

Often Mondays are considered the worst day of the week. We have to get back to work, school, chores and every day life. We have to crawl out of weekend hibernation mode to wake up early and get things done. 👊 #adulting

  1. Set Yourself Up on Friday - Thinking ahead is key! On Friday, make sure you end the work week by getting all caught up on emails and projects. This way you won't have a huge stack of dreaded work waiting for you come Monday morning.

  2. Unplug Over the Weekend - Taking time to disconnect from your work over the weekend will help you feel more refreshed and ready to begin a new week with excitement.

  3. Get Plenty of Sleep Sunday Night - If you go into Monday lacking sleep and are incredibly tired, it'll be really hard to shake those Monday Blues. Try to set an earlier bedtime routine on Sunday nights to get in that beauty sleep!

  4. Get Up & Dress for Success - Putting on a cute outfit and some makeup can help you feel amazing and get you in a more positive mindset to tackle the day!

  5. Don't Burn Yourself Out - Acknowledge that your productivity levels might decrease a little on Mondays and be realistic about your schedule. If you overbook yourself and are slammed, you'll hate Mondays even more!

  6. Don't Skip Breakfast - Skipping breakfast can put you in a bad mood any day, but you are most likely really going to need it on a Monday. Can we say hangry?!
