With the holiday season quickly approaching, š why not show your members, clients, and customers how grateful you are for them? After all, you wouldn't have a business without them, so here's some ideas to say "thank you!" š¤© to them for allowing you to be a part of their wellness journey!
š Give the something for free. Maybe you have a recipe book or workout series that you normally charge for. š° Why not send it to them for free to show them how much you care?
š Create something new. Have your members been asking for a habit tracker or goal setting workbook? š¤ Take a few hours this week and make something brand new for them!
āļø Offer them a treat. Consider sending out $5 Starbucks or Amazon gift cards so they can get themselves a little something and feel special this holiday season. š
š Host a free members-only event. It could be a new course or training that you'll be charging for in the new year, but your current members get all the juicy info before then!
š£ Give them a shout out in your group. Every day for the rest of the year, write something kind and heartfelt about a member to show how much you appreciate them. āļø Everyone will get excited waiting for their turn!
š Send them a private message. If you don't want to talk about them publicly, send each client a private message telling them how much you're inspired and encouraged by all of their hard work. š
š Make a donation. Ask your members for their favorite charities then have the group vote. Whichever charity (or two) gets the most votes ā , make a donation to it on behalf of your entire membership community.
š„³ Hype up their own small businesses. If some of your members have their own small businesses, talk about it on Facebook, IG stories, and in your email newsletters to spread the word about the awesome things your people are doing.
š Remember important dates. Find out when your members birthdays are, and send them a handwritten card in the mail in the new year. Everyone loves getting mail š« and this will be a special way for them to know you're grateful for their business.
